Following three questions you may have never learned before in any marketing. The following three questions are the basic principles that you should grasp if you want to sell more and better.

1. What would you do to maintain the customer?
Retaining customers is not an easy job. Therefore, you must continue to improve your ability to retain customers. A great product or service you offer has an important role so that customers do not move to another heart. But that alone is not enough. Customers also happy if recognized, appreciated and even participate are invited to have a sense for your business.
2. What would you do to get more new customers?
Maybe you will answer the way you try to view a list of prospects who have never previously meet. Then you will try to start to follow them up.
Or you can also try to offer a value that is required by the prospective new customers. Or it could be other ways.
There are many way. Importantly, now try to ask yourself now: what would I try to do to get more new customers?
3. What added value that you can give?
Though now perhaps you already have add value, but you should not settle there. Try searching for a new add value that can strengthen your relationship with customers.
