2013: New Year, New Strategies
2012 will pass in a few days. There is great joy that left in the year 2012. In 2012, business sales increased 20%, profit increased 10%, the product being a market leader. Anyway in 2012 was a successful year.
But after the success that comes in 2012, should we more relaxed in the year 2013? If businesses want to continue to grow, then the answer must be “No!” In 2012, our business products dominate the market, but does anyone know if in the year 2013 our competitors turned out to overtake the market . That could happen if negligent in performing the analysis.
Like soccer sport, business is competition. Each year the competition was run continuously, and the winner can be fickle. Who has the most effective strategy, then he who won the competition. So does with business. In 2012, the strategy that we have managed to master the marketplace, but if in 2013 this well-run business did not adjust the strategy, it is not impossible that the market has to be taken over by others. Yes, it is definitely in 2013, competitors of our business will doing refinement strategy, which is not impossible to adopt a strategy that we owned in 2012, or even their strategy based on our strategy of weakness. If we stay silent, then we will be destroyed.
