How to Set and Achieve Targets Effectively
How is your business target today? Is it fine with your expectations?
If your work is not in accordance with the targets you've made, it could be due to the following factors:
1. Your target is not clear.
Suppose you say your target so rich. This target is still confusing. How rich? How much wealth do you want to have? Not yet clear is not it?
Should make a clear and specific targets. It helps you direct the focus to achieve the target. For example, in this example you have set a target of five new property assets in your city. It's much clearer than the previous target.
Set a time limit. Setting deadlines is important in achieving a target. Without a clear deadline, you will be complacent and less fight to strive to realize your targets.
In contrast to having a clear deadline, you should define your targets within the time limit specified.
2.Create a realistic target.
Measure your ability to make the target. Do not make your difficult target to achieve. Very good also when you make the target stages, such as the steps that you have to pass one by one. You can not live on the stairs to the top ten, if you have not been through the steps 1, 2, 3, and so on. Step by step, from the most basic level, you should regularly do to build your business.
Write your targets. Do not let your targets just flashed through the mind alone. Write down your targets. When you need to paste on the wall so you will easily see it.
3.Tell people.
If you have friends or colleagues who asked what was meant by the text you paste it on the wall, do not be shy to tell. Explain that this is your target. That's the direction you're headed.
By telling other people, it will spur your ACTION. ACTION otherwise, you will definitely shy when meeting again with people you've told about your target.
Having a target means having a direction in life. This means you know what you should do and where to aim your ACTION. If it were so, it would not have wasted no time to ask "what should I do today?"
